July 20th Stop Motion Camp Program is full

Brought to you by Mrs. Donohoe: Children explore the world of stop motion by viewing and creating short films. We will use a variety of materials including clay, small toys, Lego, art supplies, and more. We will watch classics such as Gumby as well as modern works to learn about and be inspired by stop motion art. Friday will be our premier day where each child chooses some of their work to share with the group. Children must be entering grades 2-8 in the fall.

July 27th Summer Fun!

4th -8th Grade: Join Chloe Killinger for a classic summer camp full of crafts, games, and different activities to help campers get into the summer spirit! Scavenger hunts, water balloon fights, and trips to the Middleburg pool: the perfect way to spend the summer. Start each day ready to kick back and have fun, and end the day ready for a nap!

July 27th Future Diplomats

6th -8th Grade: Join Mrs. Hallissey for an exciting week of Model United Nations, where students become young global leaders! Campers will learn how the United Nations works, explore countries around the world, and take part in fun, engaging simulations where they research and represent a nation facing a real-world challenge. Throughout the week, students will build confidence in writing and speaking, practice teamwork and negotiation, and develop awareness of international issues—all in a supportive, hands-on environment. The camp will conclude with a special Friday delegation session where students will represent a country in the MUN General Assembly meeting.

July 27th Camp Sunshine

K- 3rd Join Ms. Wilkinson and grab your flip flops and let's celebrate summer together! Campers will get to make fun ocean and beach inspired artwork, complete lots of colorful arts and crafts, participate in a pirate themed scavenger hunt, and enjoy popsicles on our water fun day filled with relays, games and more!

August 3rd 5 Days of Disney!

August 3rd Campus Games Program is full

Campers will meet to spend the day playing a variety of their favorite games. Campers will have the ability to choose the games that are played. An important goal of the camp is to utilize the beautiful campus at Hill School. We will play Infection around the academic buildings. Use the fields for soccer, capture the flag, kickball, and escape. In the gym we will play dodgeball, Zombie Outbreak, and basketball. There is no limit to amount and types of games we will play! Come join Mr. Kirven for a fun week of games, running around, and laughs!

August 10th Jory John Author Study

Spend time with Mrs. Fedorchak for the Jory John Author Study. The collection of books including The Bad Seed, The Cool Bean, The Couch Potato, The Smart Cookie, The Sour Grape, and The Big Cheese all involve characters learning life lessons about emotional health, perfectionism, and social interaction.  After each book, we will explore the lesson, role play, and do an activity that relates to a character or concept.  These food characters are so cute and imbed important life lessons for the children.  Kindergarten - 3rd grade to participate.

August 10th Super Awesome Sports Camp

Join Coach Phil Fenney and get ready for an action-packed camp experience designed for students in grades 2–8 who love to move, play, and try new things! Campers will spend their days staying active, building skills, and having fun with friends through a wide variety of sports, games, and outdoor adventures.

Each week features a mix of team sports like soccer, basketball, flag football, lacrosse, volleyball, ultimate (frisbee), floor hockey, and track and field activities, giving campers the chance to learn fundamentals, practice teamwork, and enjoy friendly competition. We will mix in some game games like kickball while we are at it!

Beyond the fields and courts, campers will explore the campus through mountain biking and hiking, building confidence and appreciation for nature along the way. There may be a trip to the pool or a slip n slide thrown in to beat the heat.

Whether your camper is a seasoned athlete or just loves to be active, this camp offers something for everyone in a supportive, fun, and engaging environment.

August 10th Volleyball and Sports IQ Athletic Training Camp

Join us this summer for Coach Hallissey’s Volleyball + Athletic Training Camp!

Designed for students entering grades 6–9 (boys and girls welcome), this high-energy camp is open to all levels of volleyball experience.

Campers will build a strong foundation in volleyball fundamentals—serving, passing, setting, hitting, and defensive footwork—while also participating in focused pre-season athletic training. Daily sessions include strength and core work, agility and endurance training, and flexibility/yoga, all designed to develop well-rounded, resilient athletes and help prevent injury.

Beyond physical skills, campers will gain confidence, improved technique, and a competitive edge, all while enjoying fun, fast-paced volleyball games and challenges. Afternoon sessions shift the focus to the whole athlete, helping students learn how to balance academics and athletics, build mental focus and discipline, manage their time effectively, and keep fun and balance at the center of everything they do.

Participants will leave feeling stronger, smarter, conditioned, and ready to compete—prepared to enter the upcoming season with confidence and excitement.

August 17th Find Your Song

4th - 8th Grades: Does your child love music, storytelling, or expressing themselves creatively? Finding Your Song Songwriting Camp is a fun, supportive experience where young creators discover the joy of writing their own music.

Over four exciting days, campers work in small groups to create two original songs, learning how to turn ideas into lyrics, melodies, and rhythms. Through creative games, guided songwriting activities, and collaborative workshops, campers build confidence, teamwork skills, and a love of musical expression—no prior musical experience required. Led by Hill 8th grade teacher, Peyton Tochterman who is a real professional musician? 

Campers will:

  • Write and compose two original songs with peers

  • Explore lyric writing, melody, and rhythm

  • Build creativity, collaboration, and confidence

  • Share their music in a final showcase for family and friends

All you need is imagination and a willingness to try something new! 🎶

August 17th Builders Camp

Back by popular demand! Join Mrs. Donohoe for a fun filled week! From big blocks to tiny blocks, solo cups to sticks and rocks, blocks as light as air to heavy duty wooden ones, at Builders camp, you will get to work with all types of building materials on your own or with friends to make new worlds indoors and out. Campers must be entering kindergarten - 6th grades.

August 17th Kiddie Camp

In Kiddie Camp, incoming Junior Kindergarten and Kindergarten children will meet their teachers, make new friends, and get familiarized with Hill before the start of the school year. Children will enjoy a variety of themed activities including arts and crafts, and games. We will be sure to take advantage of the summer weather with lots of outdoor play! Note that children must be entering Junior Kindergarten or Kindergarten in September 2026 at Hill School in order to attend.

Starving Artist Camp - brought to you by Emily Tyler and April Woodson.  Spend five unforgettable days exploring the lives and styles of famous artists and cooking what they might have eaten!  Each day, you’ll dive into a new artist’s world through hands-on art projects and delicious, themed cooking sessions. On the last day of camp we will have an art show and offer baked treats to share with family and friends. Children must be entering grades K-8 in the fall.
